Awards
Feltham and Bedfont PCN received a Highly Commended certificate at the 2024 PrescQIPP awards for innovation, best practice and addressing health inequalities for our project supporting Children and Young People with Asthma.
In March 2024, Dr Parwinder Gill was awarded a certificate by Mayor Afzaal Kiani for his outstanding contribution to the London Borough of Hounslow. Gill Medical Practice has been providing health services to Feltham residents since 1996.
Healthy Hounslow is a winner of the 2025 SME Greater London Enterprise Award for Best Community Health & Wellbeing Service. Feltham and Bedfont PCN is one of the providers of Healthy Hounslow.
Feltham and Bedfont PCN is a winner of the National BAME Health and Care Awards 2022-2023 in the Health & Wellbeing Advocate category for in recognition of their innovative approach to delivering vaccinations and health checks in hard-to-reach communities in Hounslow.
Cheryl Chin, Lead Social Prescriber for Feltham and Bedfont PCN, won an award for her work as the PCN’s health inequalities champion at the North West London Health Equity Summit 2023.
Feltham and Bedfont PCN also received a Highly Commended certificate for their work on reducing Health Inequalities.
