What is a Patient Engagement Group (PPG)?
Feltham and Bedfont PCN is made up of 13 GP practices serving the local community. As a Primary Care Network, we greatly value patient feedback and insights. Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) provide a platform for patients to share their views on new initiatives and how services are delivered.
Our patient engagement group is called FaB Community Voices. We hold regular meetings at both the PCN and individual practice levels to discuss new developments and gather meaningful input. This feedback plays a key role in shaping and improving the care we provide.
